Main Purpose

This equipment is an exhaust gas treatment device for coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and electric heating roasting machines as well as dry cleaning lines. It can also be applied to exhaust gas treatment of drying machines and other equipment. It is used to remove soot, powder and various harmful substances contained in exhaust gas, reduce smoke emissions, and lower the temperature of exhaust gas at the same time.

Main Features

Dust and smoke-laden gas is sucked through pipelines by a centrifugal fan to form a certain inlet velocity before being blown into the cabinet. Since the outlet of the centrifugal fan is below the water level, the dust and smoke gas is rapidly injected into the water, where dust and smoke particles in contact with water get adhered. The clean gas is then discharged via the air outlet.
