Main Working Principle

A 45° inclined stainless steel extrusion conveyor chain continuously conveys materials to the cutter gate. As the cutter disc rotates, the delivered materials are cut into oblique slices (melon seed-shaped slices) or oblique segments. The slicing speed can be adjusted by variable frequency speed-regulating motor, and the slice thickness can be changed by adjusting the gap between the moving blades and the cutter disc. Materials are cut off through the combined shearing action of moving blades and fixed blades.
