Adopting special conveyor belts and servo drive for continuous operation, the machine can automatically adapt to feeding volume. The material pressing mechanism features adaptive pressing, with adjustable cylinder pressure and speed.

Main Working Principle

The special conveyor belt and adaptive material pressing mechanism move materials continuously and uniformly in stepping increments according to the set distance. The linearly moving hydraulic cutter assembly cuts materials directly on the backing strips. The cutting speed is adjusted via the hydraulic valve bank, and the cutting length is set on the touch screen.
