Main Working Principle

The motor drives the cutter drum to rotate. Materials are fed under pressure by the conveyor belt for cutting. After cutting, materials pass through the screen mesh and fall onto the discharge conveyor belt. The cutting length is determined by the feeding speed and the aperture size of the screen mesh.

It adopts an adaptive pressing and feeding structure with belt-driven continuous feeding. It can operate without a screen and is equipped with a built-in receiving conveyor as well as a lifting mechanism for thorough cleaning. The cutting length can be adjusted via variable frequency speed regulation. The machine features simple operation, high production efficiency and low dust emission.
