It is used for steaming various Chinese herbal medicines, agricultural and sideline products as well as food processing industry.

Main Features

It adopts cylinder-driven lid opening and shower-type steam pipe design. A medicinal liquid reflux device can be customized according to customer requirements. Steam coils are installed inside the jacket of the pot for fast heating. A drain valve is fitted at the bottom. The whole machine is equipped with a mechanical transmission device to automatically tilt the pot, facilitating feeding and discharging of materials.

Main Working Principle

During steaming, load materials into the pot cavity, then feed steam directly into the pot through the shower-type steam pipe at the bottom center for steaming. Meanwhile, an appropriate amount of steam is introduced into the coils inside the jacket to rapidly heat the pot body and maintain constant temperature.
