In the entire life cycle of a building, the operation and maintenance of the building is the longest phase, involving multiple "complex system engineering" such as building equipment, environment, safety, energy, and informatization. Scientific building operation and maintenance management can effectively improve the quality of operation and maintenance, and reduce the operating costs of the building. Therefore, with the goal of "improving operational management efficiency, reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing building performance", the construction of a smart building operation and maintenance management platform is initiated.
Data standard construction issues: Monitoring data of each subsystem is independent, leading to redundant construction, inability to integrate and efficiently use, and lack of unified data standards;
