In-House Coating Lines

Cold lamination, hot lamination and knife coating are all done on our own production lines. Coating weight, surface finish and colour are controlled in-house instead of being outsourced, which keeps lead times shorter and batches consistent.

Custom Manufacturing

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering tarpaulin and PVC coated cloth production. Tensile strength, peeling strength and coating adhesion are tested against the approved standard before goods leave the plant.

Gram weight, width, colour, coating type and light transmission can all be specified to your project. We accept OEM orders with your own specification sheet, and offer fire-retardant and low-temperature grades for special working conditions.
