Q1. What is your minimum order quantity?
For door curtain fabric the minimum is 5,000 square metres per item. For air dome membrane and other grades, MOQ is confirmed together with the quotation because it differs between coated roll goods and made-up products.
Q2. Can you produce to our own specification?
Yes. We accept OEM orders with customer specification sheets. Gram weight, width, colour, coating type and light transmission can all be specified, and we offer fire-retardant and low-temperature grades.
Q3. Do you supply samples?
Sample arrangements depend on the grade and quantity required. Please confirm the specification first, and we will agree the sample plan together with the quotation.
Q4. What are your quality qualifications?
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016), covering tarpaulin and PVC coated cloth production. The certificate is issued by Shanghai Kaicheng Certification Co., Ltd. and valid until August 2027.
Q5. How is the fabric tested?
Tensile strength, peeling strength and coating adhesion are checked against the approved specification before shipment. For door curtain fabric, regular tensile strength is 4,300 N in the warp direction and 3,800 N in the weft, with peeling strength between 90 N and 110 N.
Q6. What fire-retardant grades are available?
Door curtain fabric is available in B1 (GB standard) and M2 grades, both self-extinguishing once the flame source is removed. Please tell us the standard your market requires when enquiring.
Q7. Do you accept factory visits?
Yes. Our factory is in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, China, and we welcome customer visits and third-party inspections. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the schedule.
Q8. What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the grade, quantity and whether the order is a stock colour or a custom run. Please send the specification and quantity, and we will confirm the delivery date together with the quotation.
