Crida silicone vacuum cast plastic parts are a process that excels in small batch production and product prototyping.
The process starts with high-precision prototyping, usually completed with the help of 3D printing, CNC machining and other technologies. Then, the prototype is placed in a specific box, liquid silicone is poured in, and after vacuum treatment and curing, a silicone mold with high flexibility and detail replication ability is obtained. For example, to make a complex electronic product shell prototype, the silicone mold can accurately reproduce the key grooves, interface shapes and other details on the shell. Next, the two-component polyurethane (PU) resin is mixed in a scientific proportion, and the bubbles are fully removed by vacuum stirring, and then slowly injected into the silicone mold.
