- All copper pipes discharged from the copper pipes of the cold storage unit must be worn with insulated pipes;
- Wrap the wires in the same direction together with air-conditioning ties. Try to run the pipelines as straight as possible and fix them in sections;
- Install the radiator of the cold storage unit. The closer the radiator is to the cold storage unit, the better. It is best to be above the cold storage unit. The radiator installation position provides the best heat dissipation environment. The air suction port cannot face the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. The air outlet cannot be short-circuited or face other windows (especially windows of residents) and equipment. It should be 2M high from the ground and the installation level is firm;
- The refrigeration system connection of the cold storage project is because the condenser and evaporator of the cold storage unit are pressed and sealed in the factory. Therefore, there should be pressure when unsealing, and you can check whether there is any leakage. The factory copper pipes should have dust sealing measures at both ends. During construction, pay attention to sealing at all times to prevent dust from entering the pipe. Condenser → cold storage host → evaporator, copper pipes are connected by welding, and the interface is firm and beautiful;
- In addition to being tied up with air-conditioning ties, all wires must be protected by corrugated hoses or wire troughs. The temperature display wires should be arranged not to be close to the wires as much as possible;
- Install the cold storage unit. The cold storage unit should be installed as close to the evaporator as possible. It is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If it is moved outside, a rain shelter needs to be installed. Anti-vibration gaskets need to be placed at the four corners of the cold storage unit. The installation level is firm and it is not easy to be touched.
