From the perspective of my country's overall environment, the national policy of building an innovative country with a good environment has created the best policy conditions for the faster development of the ice machine industry. Although my country's refrigeration technology has developed rapidly in recent years, compared with developed countries, we still have a lot of room for development in terms of machine manufacturing accuracy, processing technology level, and material selection. There are still gaps in the research and development of refrigerants and the research on energy efficiency levels of ice machines.

First of all, the most critical part of the ice machine is the refrigeration compressor and ice-making components. Companies with international brands of refrigeration compressors are mainly concentrated in European, American and Japanese countries. In recent years, my country has also made great progress in the research and development of screw refrigeration compressors. The screw refrigeration compressor technology with multiple patents and independent intellectual property rights jointly developed by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Yantai Binglun Group Co., Ltd. won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and its energy efficiency and noise and other indicators have reached the international advanced level. For semi-closed or open piston compressors and screw compressors used in industrial and commercial ice machines, the main domestic brands used in our country come from Dalian Bingshan Group (Wuhan New Century), Yantai Binglun Group, as well as foreign companies' joint ventures or wholly-owned brands in China such as YORK, COPELAND, BITZER, Dunham Bush, etc. Although domestic refrigeration compressors have made great progress in terms of technical level and processing technology in recent years, there is still a certain gap between the technical level of domestic refrigeration compressors and foreign brands due to issues such as the material of the components, processing accuracy, and assembly technology. This is reflected in higher failure rates, louder noise, and bulky appearance. In terms of ice-making components, research and development on evaporator efficiency, new material applications, parts processing accuracy, and materials should be strengthened.

Secondly, the quality of the ice-making system is inevitably related to the quality of upstream machines, equipment, and parts. They directly affect the level of the ice-making machine. As the level of research and development of refrigeration compressors in our country continues to improve and the capital accumulation process is gradually completed, there is still a lot of room for development. If my country's compressor manufacturing level with independent intellectual property rights is further improved, and the ice machine heat exchanger and its processing accuracy and efficiency are further improved, its market share will make a greater leap forward in domestic and foreign markets.

Thirdly, from the perspective of my country's overall environment, the national policy of building an innovative country with a good environment has created the best policy conditions for the faster development of the ice machine industry. Moreover, the funds invested in scientific and technological innovation have increased significantly every year. Therefore, the industry should focus on our existing problems such as poor processing accuracy and low material levels, combined with further improvements in energy efficiency levels, research and development of environmentally friendly refrigerants, etc., through the combination of industry, academia and research, put forward specific topics, focus on breakthroughs and solve relevant technical problems as soon as possible, achieve rapid industry development and create an international brand.
