HZS180型混凝土搅拌站不需要打地基大型混凝土搅拌设备工程机械 (4) — HZS180 foundation free concrete batching plant, 180 m3/h theoretical output. Installed power 273 kW, discharge height 4.2 m. Equipped with a MAO 4500/3000 twin shaft compulsive concrete mixer (55 kW×2) and a PLD4800 aggregate batcher (4 × 18 m³). Independent weighing of cement, fly ash, water and admixture to +/-1%, aggregate to +/-2%; fully automatic PLC / PC control with recipe storage and production records. Foundation-free design: no civil foundation is needed, so a hard and level ground is enough. Suited to frequently relocated projects such as building engineering, hydropower, road, port and bridge works. The new frame structure with quick plug connectors for cables, water and air lines shortens installation and commissioning. Compact footprint, storage-friendly when idle, and clearly lower cost for storage, relocation and installation.
