HZS180固定式标准型混凝土厂搅拌站 — HZS180 stationary concrete batching plant, 180 m3/h theoretical output. Installed power 273 kW, discharge height 4.5 m. Equipped with a MAO 4500/3000 twin shaft compulsive concrete mixer (55 kW×2) and a PLD4800 aggregate batcher (4 × 18 m³). Independent weighing of cement, fly ash, water and admixture to +/-1%, aggregate to +/-2%; fully automatic PLC / PC control with recipe storage and production records.
