Q1: Where can the MORXINPOWER inverter be installed?

A: The MORXINPOWER inverter shall be installed in covered, well-ventilated and dry areas. Do not place it outdoors directly to prevent rain, direct sunlight and dust damage.

It is ideal for off-grid applications such as RVs, campers, off-road vehicles and boats. Recommended installation locations include the rear compartment, trunk, cockpit and enclosed cabins (semi-enclosed & ventilated spaces). If installed in a narrow and fully enclosed space, use an external cooling fan for heat dissipation to ensure stable operation of the device.

Q2: Is the MORXINPOWER inverter difficult to install?

A: Featuring a user-friendly design, this inverter is easy to install and requires no professional electrician.

Q4: What types of batteries are compatible with the MORXINPOWER inverter?

A: This inverter is fully compatible with mainstream batteries including lead-acid batteries, gel batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries and ternary lithium batteries. It can work with lithium battery BMS systems to enable power monitoring and multi-protection against overcharging, overdischarging and overheating. If you use batteries of special brands, please contact our customer service for dedicated wiring and setting solutions.

Q5: Why are MORXINPOWER's quotations higher than those of other suppliers?

A: Some low-cost products on the market suffer from inflated power ratings, inferior components and inadequate protection functions. They are prone to malfunctions after long-term use and pose potential safety hazards.

Q6: What types of MORXINPOWER inverters are available by output waveform?

A: Yes, it supports dual-channel simultaneous charging and can be connected to mains power/generators and solar panels at the same time. The device distributes power intelligently, prioritizing solar energy with mains power as backup. It effectively boosts charging efficiency and maximizes the use of off-grid energy outdoors.

Q7: What are resistive load appliances? Can MORXINPOWER inverters drive them?

A: Resistive load appliances convert most electrical energy into heat during operation and feature a stable starting current. Common examples include mobile phones, computers, TVs, incandescent lamps, rice cookers and electric fans. Both our modified sine wave and pure sine wave inverters can drive such appliances steadily.

Q8: What are inductive load appliances? Can MORXINPOWER inverters drive them?

A: Inductive load appliances operate based on electromagnetic induction, such as refrigerator compressors, air conditioners, water pumps and various motor-driven devices. They generate a large peak current at startup, which places high demands on inverter performance.

Only pure sine wave inverters can safely power inductive loads. Our pure sine wave models deliver sufficient peak power to handle the startup surge smoothly, ensuring stable operation without shutdowns.

Q9: How to choose the right type of inverter?

A: Select according to your electrical devices. If you only use regular resistive loads such as lights, digital products and kitchen appliances, a modified sine wave inverter is a more cost-effective choice. If you need to power refrigerators, air conditioners, motors, precision instruments and the like, a pure sine wave inverter is recommended. It can protect your devices and extend their service life.

Q10: How to choose the right inverter power rating?

A: Match the power based on your electrical appliances. All our inverters feature true rated power, so no extra margin for inflated power is needed.

1.Resistive loads: Choose an inverter with the same rated power as your devices.

2.Capacitive loads: An inverter with 2 to 5 times the device's rated power is recommended.

3.Inductive loads: Pick an inverter with 4 to 7 times the device's rated power to withstand the high instantaneous startup current.

Q11: Have MORXINPOWER inverters passed reliability tests?

A: All products have passed multiple tests including R&D verification, high and low temperature tests and long-term aging tests. They adapt well to harsh environments such as RV use, outdoor camping and field operations, delivering stable and reliable long-term performance.

Q12: What happens if a component of the inverter malfunctions?

A: The unit is built with multiple intelligent protection functions against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overheating. In case of any abnormality, the inverter will automatically cut off power and shut down, protecting the device, circuits and batteries fundamentally to avoid safety incidents. Please contact our after-sales team if the fault cannot be resolved on your own.

Q13: How to connect the battery to the inverter?

A: Follow the principle of shorter cables and larger wire gauge. For regular use, keep the connecting cables between the battery and inverter within 0.5 meters. Be sure to distinguish positive and negative poles clearly and never reverse the connection. If you need longer cables, inform our customer service of the inverter power rating. We will recommend cables of appropriate specifications to prevent voltage drop and device alarms caused by line power loss.

Q14: How to calculate the operating hours of loads and select the proper battery capacity?

A: Please refer to the formula below. The result is an estimated value as it is affected by battery loss and ambient temperature.

Operating Hours = (Battery Capacity Ah × Battery Voltage V × 0.8) ÷ Load Power W

Example: A 12V 100Ah battery powering a 100W load.Theoretical operating hours: (100 × 12 × 0.8) ÷ 100 = 9.6 hours.
