A: The 2 Liter tank is located at the back of the unit. take it out, fill with clean tap or distilled water up, then put it in until it clicks securely.

Q2: How long does 2 liters of water last?
A: At the medium mist setting, it lasts approximately 9 hours. Lower mist settings extend runtime.

Q3: Can I use the fan without misting?
A: Yes. The mist function is independent turn it on/off as needed. 

Q4: What is the front grille air guide rotor?
A: It's a rotating wheel built into the front grille. The wider air coverage, improved air circulation and fresher air.

Q5: How does the music playback work?
A: You have two options

· Bluetooth mode: Pair with any smartphone, tablet, or laptop wireless.
· USB mode: Insert a USB flash drive with music files, and the fan will play them directly through its built-in speakers.
  Use the remote or panel buttons to control play/pause, volume, and track skipping.

Q6: How do I use the mosquito repellent feature?
A: Insert a standard solid mosquito repellent pad or tablet (sold separately), then switch on mosquito function the built-in heating element activates the repellent, and the airflow disperses it around the room. Replace the pad every 12–24 hours or as directed on the repellent packaging.

Q7: Is the mosquito repellent safe for children and pets?
A: The fan only disperses the repellent—it does not generate smoke or strong chemicals. However, we recommend using child/pet-safe repellent pad.

Q8: How do I set the 9 hour timer?
A: Press the timer button repeatedly to cycle through 0.5H, 1H , 1.5 until 9H, or OFF. The fan shuts down automatically when the set time expires.

Q9: Can I move the fan easily?
A: Absolutely. The 4 universal caster wheels at the bottom let you roll it smoothly to any room. 

Q10: What does the remote control do?
A: The remote lets you control all main functions.

Q11: How do I clean and maintain the fan?
A: Unplug the unit first. Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. Rinse the water tank weekly with clean water and air-dry. Clean the mist nozzle with the included brush to prevent mineral buildup. Wipe the front grille and air-guide rotor gently with a dry cloth.

Q12: Is the mist safe for electronics or wooden floors?
A: The mist is ultra-fine and projected forward. Keep at least 30 cm distance from sensitive devices. Under normal use, particles evaporate quickly and do not wet surfaces.
