Die-Cast Aluminum Bearing Housing Bracket

A bracket that combines a bearing seat with mounting ears in one casting. The large bore is CNC-machined to hold the bearing outer ring at the required fit, and the counterbored ears at each side bolt directly to the machine frame. Ribs run from the bearing seat into the ears, raising bending stiffness where the shaft load is highest. It suits drive shafts, fan shafts and conveyor rollers, and shaft diameter, center height and hole pattern can be adapted to your layout. Bore roundness and squareness to the mounting face are checked after machining. Bearing seat and mounting face are machined in one setup, holding axial location and reducing assembly adjustment.
