Product Introduction
A circular die-cast base plate for blowers and fans. Ring-shaped cooling fins and a central hub are formed in one shot, supporting the impeller while helping the bearing dissipate heat. Bolt holes are evenly spaced around the rim, so the plate locates quickly against the volute during assembly. The hub bore and mounting face are CNC-machined to keep the impeller coaxial with the motor shaft. It serves as the base plate, end plate or bearing seat on centrifugal fans, blowers and ventilation units, and the pattern can be scaled up or down for different air-flow sizes. Balanced wall thickness keeps the disc flat after casting. The hub seat is machined to your bearing number, and base plate and volute produced in the same batch stay hole-aligned.
