Product Introduction
A one-piece die-cast aluminum volute for centrifugal blowers. The spiral flow path is formed directly by the die, giving a smooth internal wall and low resistance to airflow, and the rectangular outlet flange bolts straight onto ducting. Mounting feet are cast with the body, eliminating welded brackets. The rigid casting damps vibration, so the fan runs with less structural noise at speed. It is used on ventilation, dust-extraction and drying equipment, and volute diameter, outlet direction and mounting footprint can be adapted to your air-flow and space envelope. Surfaces can be left as-cast or powder coated. The inner wall is shot-blasted to remove casting nodules and sand adhesion, keeping airflow resistance stable over time.
