Die-Cast Aluminum Controller Heat-Sink Housing

A controller housing with closely spaced longitudinal fins on the outside and a flat mounting platform for power devices on the inside. The side rails slide straight into a rack or guide, which simplifies installation. Fin height and pitch follow the heat flux of the devices, and the platform is CNC-milled flat so a thermal pad makes proper contact. It is used for motor controllers, inverters and power modules. Overall size and fin layout can be scaled to your power rating, and mounting bosses for the PCB can be cast in.
