Die-Cast Aluminum Electric Hoist Gearbox Housing

A thin-wall, complex die-casting for electric hoist gearboxes. The internal gear cavity, bearing seats and external mounting bosses are formed in one shot, and the side shaft bores are CNC-machined to fit the gear shafts. Ribs cover the outer walls, so the housing deflects very little under lifting load, and the machined joint face seals against the end cover to keep lubricant in. It is used on electric hoists, winches and small lifting equipment. Because the whole housing is cast rather than fabricated, weight drops and the gear train stays aligned. The internal gear cavity can follow a different ratio, with bearing seats and end faces machined in one setup.
