Product Introduction
A thin-wall die-cast cover for electronic equipment. The central rectangular window exposes a display or connector panel, ribs on the inner face keep the flat area from bowing, and screw bosses at the corners are formed in the same shot. Dimensional stability after casting means the cover seats evenly on its gasket, and the fine as-cast surface takes paint or powder coating with a smooth result. It suits set-top boxes, controllers and power modules as a base plate or top cover, and window position and rib layout can be adjusted to the internal component layout. Shielding and grounding points can be added where needed. Grounding posts and shielding ribs can follow your PCB layout, with mating surfaces left conductive after coating.
