Die-Cast Aluminum Floodlight Housing with Heat Sink

A die-cast aluminum housing built for high-output floodlights. The densely spaced curved fins across the back pull heat away from the LED module, while the front face is shaped for the optical chamber and a glass retaining groove. Integral side lugs accept the mounting bracket directly, so no welding step is needed. Wall thickness transitions smoothly and the mounting face is CNC-machined flat, keeping the gasket seal reliable outdoors. It suits floodlights, high-bay and landscape luminaires, and the same fin geometry can be scaled across different wattage sizes. Tooling, casting and finishing are handled in one plant, which keeps colour batches and lead times under control. Fin pitch and height are fixed before tooling and matched to your LED power and target temperature rise, so the die does not need reworking later.
