Die-Cast Aluminum Gas Valve Body

A die-cast aluminum body for gas valves. The central diaphragm chamber and both flanged ports are formed in one shot, and the internal passage is kept short and smooth to limit pressure loss. Sealing faces are CNC-machined so the diaphragm closes consistently, and ribs on the outer wall keep the body stable under pipe vibration. It is used for pressure regulators, solenoid valves and safety shut-off valves, with each casting leak-tested before shipment. Port size, flange pattern and diaphragm diameter can be adapted to your valve design, and machined threads or inserts are available where the connection requires them. Diaphragm chamber depth and seat angle can be tuned to your flow characteristic, with seat roughness checked before shipment.
