Die-Cast Aluminum Heating Plate

A round die-cast aluminum heating plate with a spiral groove that carries the heating element, its leads exiting at the rim. Aluminum spreads heat quickly and evenly, and the face can sit against a pot base or tank bottom. Dense castings limit distortion and hot spots during heating cycles. It is used in small appliances, instant heating modules and laboratory equipment. Plate diameter, power rating and lead exit can be produced to your electrical specification, with insulation and dielectric tests agreed at quotation.
