Die-Cast Aluminum Linear Light Housing

A one-piece die-cast aluminum housing for linear and area lighting fixtures. The curved thin-wall section is reinforced with internal longitudinal ribs, so the body stays rigid without adding weight, while the end lugs and pre-formed cable entries remove the need for secondary drilling during assembly. Dense cast surfaces take powder coating, e-coating or baking paint directly, giving a flat, colour-consistent finish straight off the line. Produced on our own 200–1250T cold-chamber machines with CNC finishing and ISO 9001 process control, it suits street lights, floodlights and commercial luminaires where housing, rear cover and driver compartment must fit together as one system.
