Die-Cast Aluminum Pump and Valve Housing

A die-cast housing built around one large main bore, with a double-step flange on the mounting face and two threaded port bosses on the side. After casting, the bore and flange faces are CNC-machined to hold the fit required by the piston or valve spool, and wall sections thicken gradually toward the flange so clamping torque does not crack the part. It suits small pumps, pressure regulators and fluid-control bodies. Alloy grade, critical dimensions and surface finish to be confirmed against the customer drawing.
