Product Introduction
A thin-wall die-cast end cover for automotive transmissions. Several bearing bores and the sealing flange are machined in a single setup, which holds bore spacing and face parallelism where it matters most. Ribs on the outer wall raise stiffness and damp the vibration that comes through gear meshing. The cover seals to the housing with sealant or a paper gasket and is easy to remove for service. It is used as an end cover or bearing support plate on manual and automatic transmissions, with bore layout and outline adapted to your housing. Machined faces are checked for flatness before packing. Bore layout follows your housing, and CMM sampling verifies spacing and parallelism after machining.
