Die-Cast Control Box Housing

A rectangular thin-wall control box casting. Internal partitions and mounting bosses carry the PCB, terminals and heat spreading parts, and the machined rim takes a gasket when closed with the cover. Ribs on the walls control distortion in the thin sections, and connector openings can be cut in the sides. It is used as a protective housing for controllers, power supplies and sensors. Outline, internal layout and cut-outs can be adapted to your electrical design, with the sealing face machined flat.
