Die-Cast Crankcase Halves

A matched pair of crankcase halves. Clamped together they form the crank chamber and the cylinder mounting face, which is CNC-machined for flatness and crankshaft alignment. Bearing seats and oil return passages are formed inside each half, and external ribs add stiffness. They are used on small gasoline engines, brush cutters and pump sets. Bore, stroke and bearing specification can be matched to your engine platform, and the two halves are machined as a pair so the joint and dowel holes line up.
