Die-Cast Crankcase Set with Lower Pan

A crankcase set made of a square upper housing and a lower pan. The upper part contains the crank chamber and bearing seats; the lower pan is a thin-wall oil sump, and the two bolt together on machined flanges. A large bore in the side wall serves as an intake or mounting opening, and ribs stiffen the outer walls. It is used on small gasoline engines, generator sets and water pumps. Cavity depth, bore positions and pan shape can be matched to your engine, with both parts machined as a set.
