Die-Cast Heat-Sink End Covers, Two-Up

A pair of heat-sink end covers produced in a two-cavity die. Each elliptical disc carries concentric cooling teeth, with the center bore and outer mounting holes formed in the same shot; after de-gating the parts are ready for assembly. The tooth pattern adds surface area and also shields the interior. They are used as end covers on small motors, fans and luminaires. Tooth height, disc outline and bore size can be adapted to your drawing, and both cavities are cut from the same electrode so the pair stays consistent.
