Die-Cast Motor End Bracket with Brush Card

A motor end bracket that integrates the brush card mounting and the center bearing seat. A locating step around the rim fits the motor frame and keeps the rotor concentric, while ventilation windows and ribs balance cooling against stiffness. The bearing seat is CNC-machined to control alignment with the stator. It is used on universal motors, vacuum motors and power-tool motors. Brush card type and bearing specification can be matched to your motor, and the bracket can be supplied with the brush card fitted.
