Die-Cast PTC Heater Assembly

A heater assembly combining a die-cast aluminum heat sink with PTC elements. Densely spaced fins cover the base, and the PTC chips are clamped between the casting and an insulating carrier so they self-limit temperature when powered. The aluminum body moves heat out quickly and avoids local hot spots. It is used in fan heaters, dehumidifiers and auxiliary heating modules for electric vehicles. Base size, fin layout and power can be matched to your heat load, with assembly and electrical testing included.
