Die-Cast Round Gearbox Housing

A round, deep-cavity gearbox housing. Internal ribs and bearing seats are arranged inside the cavity, while side ports and mounting ears sit on the outer wall. Forming a cavity this deep depends on careful draft and gate design; after casting, the cavity mouth and bearing seats are machined in one setup so the end cover fits properly. It is used on tillers, small geared motors and garden machinery. Cavity depth and port position can be adapted to your transmission layout, and the housing can be supplied with a matching cover.
