Product Introduction
A die-cast sliding base that combines a circular locating boss with a long guide slot in a single part. Workpieces travel smoothly along the slot during cutting or sanding, and repeatable positioning comes from the CNC-machined slot width and boss bore rather than from assembly adjustment. Ribs are oriented along the load path, so the plate resists deflection even after long use. It is used as the sliding table, fence or work surface on miter saws, sanders and bench saws, and slot profile, scale marks and hole pattern can be adapted to your tool platform. Cast flat, machined true, then coated to match your brand finish. Slot width and hole positions are machined in one setup, keeping the slide direction aligned with the scale datum.
