Die-Cast Square Motor Frame

A square, thin-wall motor frame. The internal cavity houses the stator, and mounting ears at the corners fix the motor to a base plate. A lead-in section inside the frame guides stator insertion, and the end faces are CNC-machined flat for the end caps. The square outline fits neatly into compact equipment and leaves room for a terminal box. It is used as the frame for DC motors, geared motors and pump motors. Cavity dimensions and mounting holes can be adapted to your motor, with the frame supplied painted or as-cast.
