Die-Cast Support Arm for Power Tools

A slender die-cast aluminum support arm with a semicircular cradle at its center and mounting ears at both ends. The cradle carries the spindle or workpiece, while the turned-up flanges along the length give the arm bending stiffness without solid mass. Because the part is die-cast rather than machined from bar stock, weight stays low and the tool does not become top-heavy in use. It fits cut-off machines, grinders and garden power tools as a support arm, extension rail or fence, and length, cradle diameter and hole spacing can be adapted to your platform. Machined mounting faces keep the arm square to the tool body. Cradle diameter and ear spacing are matched to your model, so the arm replaces a welded part without changing the machine structure.
