Die-Casting Mold for Elongated Heat Sink

A mold for long, densely finned heat sinks. The cavity runs along the length and multiple gates shorten the fill path so the far end does not starve. Slides on both sides form the end mounting posts, and ejectors are spread evenly to keep the long part from bending on ejection. The mold base is large, which suits medium to high volume production. Fin pitch, fin height and cavity length can be designed around your thermal requirement.
