Die-Casting Mold for Frame Part

A mold for long frame-type parts. The cavity runs along the length of the tool, and multi-point ejection prevents ejector marks on the thin walls. The gate sits at one end for a short fill path, with overflow vents at the far end. The design is simple to maintain and suits medium-volume production of brackets and frames. Cavity size and ejector positions can be adjusted to your part drawing.
