Product Introduction
A fan-shaped die-cast base that links a luminaire head to its pole. Radial ribs run from the cylindrical neck out to the wide edge, spreading load evenly so the part carries wind load without excess weight. A ring of screw holes around the perimeter and a CNC-machined bore at the neck give repeatable fit on the pole. The open rib pattern also keeps the casting flat during cooling, which matters on a part this large. It is used on street, garden and high-mast lighting as an arm connector, and the same structure works well for large load-bearing plates in industrial equipment. We cast, machine and finish in-house, so flatness and hole position stay consistent from batch to batch. The neck bore and rim holes are machined to your pole flange, so no rework is needed on site.
