Finned Die-Cast Aluminum Motor Housing

A cylindrical die-cast aluminum motor housing with closely spaced cooling fins around its circumference. The finned surface adds real thermal area, helping the motor hold a lower temperature rise under continuous load, and the integral top ear removes the need for a separate mounting bracket. The bore and end faces are CNC-machined to keep the stator concentric and the end caps seated flat. It suits small and medium induction motors, pump motors and geared motors, with frame size, fin density and mounting pattern adapted to your design. Casting, machining and coating in one plant keeps bore tolerance and finish consistent across production runs. Frame size, fin density and terminal box position can be planned across a motor series, which simplifies variant management.
