Round Die-Cast Aluminum Heat-Sink Lamp Cover

A round die-cast aluminum cover that doubles as a heat sink. Radial curved fins on the face add surface area for thermal dissipation and give the fixture a clean, layered look, while the central cable bore and outer mounting holes are formed in the same shot so parts locate accurately on assembly. The casting is stiff and stays flat, which keeps the light engine seated evenly. It suits high-bay, ceiling and downlight fixtures, and fin count and height can be adjusted to match lamp diameter and wattage. Available bare, powder coated or painted, with CNC-machined seating faces where flatness matters. Fin height can be adjusted to fixture wattage, balancing thermal performance against the proportions of the finished lamp.
