Product Introduction
The closed counterpart to our open crankcase, built for three-cylinder high-pressure pumps. The cylinder bores run horizontally, and the side bearing bores are CNC-machined to seat the crankshaft bearings at both ends. Because the crank chamber is enclosed, it holds lubricant and keeps contaminants out of the bearing area. Ribs around the body raise stiffness so the housing stays dimensionally stable under sustained high pressure. It is used on high-pressure sprayer pumps, plunger pumps and cleaning equipment, and is normally supplied as a set with the matching open crankcase. Machined joint faces keep the two halves aligned. The closed chamber can include a sight glass and drain plug, simplifying oil level checks and oil changes.
