Product Introduction
A crankcase for three-cylinder plunger pumps. The three cylinder bores and the top flange are formed in one casting, so bore spacing comes from the die rather than from fixturing, and the plunger assemblies drop straight in on assembly. The open bottom gives access to the crankshaft and connecting rods and lets lubricant drain back freely, while the side bosses carry the pressure regulator or inlet fitting. It is used on garden sprayer pumps, pressure washers and misting equipment, with bore diameter and spacing adapted to your pump head. Bore and flange faces are CNC-machined after casting. Cylinder bores are honed so the plunger seals leak less and the pump head lasts longer.
