Two-Cavity Die-Casting Mold for Gearbox

A two-cavity mold designed for deep, thin-wall gearbox housings. Each cavity carries a slide core to release the bearing seats and side ports, and ring-shaped cooling lines sit close to the cavity to balance mold temperature in the deep sections. The tool is rigid and suited to volume production of gearbox and reduction housings. Cavity depth and slide direction can be adapted to your part geometry.
