Two-Cavity Die-Casting Mold for Housing

A two-cavity die-casting mold for left and right housing parts. It uses slide cores and an ejector system, with gate positions set by flow simulation. The standard mold base carries guided pillars and bushes for repeatable closing, and cooling lines follow the cavity contour to shorten cycle time. It suits volume production of small and medium housings. Cavity count, gate type and cooling layout can be redesigned around your part drawing, and we supply first-article samples with the mold.
