وصف المنتج
Product Overview Expansion anchor bolts (also known as expansion bolts, wedge anchors, or concrete anchors) are heavy-duty mechanical fasteners designed to be anchored into solid concrete or masonry substrates. They consist of a threaded bolt, an expansion sleeve (shield), a cone nut, and a hex nut with washer. When the bolt is tightened, the cone is pulled into the sleeve, expanding it against the walls of the drilled hole and creating a secure, high-strength anchorage. These expansion anchor bolts are manufactured to GB/T 22795-2008 — the Chinese national standard for expansion anchors used in concrete — which specifies carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel construction with thread sizes from M5 to M24. The color zinc plated finish (also known as yellow zinc or iridescent zinc) provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard white zinc plating, with a coating thickness of 5–12 μm and salt spray resistance of 72–144 hours. Available in sizes M6, M8, M10, M12, M16 and larger, these anchors are suitable for fastening structural elements, machinery, equipment, brackets, and fixtures to concrete and masonry. The high-strength carbon steel construction (Grade 4.8 or 8.8) delivers reliable load-bearing capacity for construction, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Custom lengths and diameters available upon request. Product Features High-Strength Carbon Steel Construction — Manufactured from Q235 carbon steel with grade 4.8 (standard) or 8.8 (optional) performance, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity. Color Zinc Plated Finish — The yellow/iridescent zinc coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard white zinc, with 72–144 hours salt spray resistance for general construction and industrial environments. Sleeve-Type Expansion Design — The expansion sleeve (shield) grips the concrete walls firmly when the bolt is tightened, creating a secure mechanical anchorage. Suitable for both cracked and non-cracked concrete. Full Range of Sizes — Available from M6 to M24, with lengths from 40 mm to 300 mm, covering virtually all anchoring requirements. Easy Installation — Simple drill, insert, and tighten installation procedure. No special tools required beyond a standard drill and wrench. Reliable Load Capacity — Allowable tension loads from 240 kg (M6) to 3,500 kg (M24), suitable for structural and non-structural applications. Installation Guidelines Drill the hole — Drill a hole to the specified diameter and depth using a carbide-tipped masonry drill bit. The hole diameter should match the anchor size, and the depth should be at least the minimum embedment length plus 10 mm. Clean the hole — Remove all dust and debris from the hole using a brush and blow-out pump. Clean holes are critical for achieving full load capacity. Insert the anchor — Insert the expansion anchor into the hole and tap it gently with a hammer until the washer is flush with the surface of the material being fastened. Tighten the bolt — Using a torque wrench, tighten the hex nut to the recommended torque value. This pulls the cone into the sleeve, expanding it against the concrete. Check the installation — Ensure the anchor is secure and the fixture is firmly fastened. Do not over-torque, as this may damage the anchor or the concrete. Applications Expansion anchor bolts are widely used in: Structural Fastening — anchoring steel columns, beams, and supports to concrete foundations Machinery Installation — securing industrial equipment, compressors, and generators to concrete floors Facade & Curtain Wall — fastening brackets and support systems to concrete structures HVAC & MEP — anchoring duct supports, pipe hangers, and cable trays Fencing & Guardrails — securing posts and railings to concrete surfaces Warehouse Racking — anchoring pallet racks and shelving systems Solar Panel Mounting — fastening mounting structures to concrete roofs and ground foundations Quality Assurance All expansion anchor bolts are manufactured under strict quality control and can be supplied with: Mill Certificates — material test reports with chemical composition and mechanical properties Pull-out test reports — verification of anchoring capacity Salt spray test reports — corrosion resistance verification Third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV, TÜV) — available upon request Ordering Information To place an order or request a quotation, please provide: Thread size(s) (M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24) Length(s) required Strength grade (4.8 / 8.8) Quantity per size Surface finish (standard: color zinc plated) Certification requirements Packaging preferences
