This product is designed for the melting and casting stages of the aluminum processing industry, specifically for the production of aluminum alloy ingots using aluminum molds (crystallizers). It is compatible with the melting and casting conditions of aluminum alloys across the full range of magnesium content; it is particularly suitable for high-magnesium aluminum alloys (Mg ≥ 3.0%) and is also applicable to the production of the widely used 5052 rust-proof aluminum alloy.
The product utilizes a centralized oil supply lubrication system with flexibly adjustable oil spray rates, ensuring continuous mold-release lubrication and effectively preventing issues such as bubble formation and smoke generation when molten aluminum contacts the mold.
Product Composition:
Formulated using a fully synthetic, high-viscosity base oil blended with high-performance functional additives, including extreme-pressure agents, anti-wear agents, antioxidants, and rust inhibitors.
