This product is designed for the lubrication of aluminum alloy continuous casting molds used to produce slabs up to 5,000 mm thick and ingots up to 4,500 mm thick. It lubricates critical areas, including the corners and edges of the graphite mold, the conical surfaces and sealing rings, and the interface between the graphite sleeve and the submerged entry nozzle.
Lubrication reduces frictional wear between seals and the mold, enhances sealing performance, prevents molten metal leakage, and stops seals from sticking to the mold, thereby facilitating subsequent disassembly and maintenance. It can be applied directly to the mold surface using a brush or roller.
Product Composition:
Formulated using a base system of synthetic oil thickened with complex sulfonate, combined with functional additives such as anti-wear agents, antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and anti-coking agents.
