IV.Application guidelines:

1. Prepare qualified glass: Before use, ensure that the original glass sheet is clean, dry, free of oil, dust, scratches, roller marks, aramid rope marks, and polishing marks. It is recommended to use tempered glass that meets national standards.

2. Solution preparation and mixing: W50 is a two-component material. Components A and B must be mixed strictly according to the recommended ratio. Mixing should be done using low-speed stirring (≤100rpm) for 30 minutes, and the mixed liquid should be used within 5 hours.

3. The perfusion technique: Utilizing the low viscosity characteristic of W50, gravity infusion or peristaltic pump infusion can be used. The perfusion process should be performed slowly and steadily, slow and steady, with slow injection from one side of the glass, allowing its good fluidity to naturally level out and avoid generating bubbles. immediately perform sealing treatment to ensure the infusion port is tightly sealed.

4. Curing conditions: Standard curing curve: 60°C constant temperature for 2 hours + 80°C constant temperature for 8 hours. The actual curing time is affected by the heating efficiency of the curing oven, glass thickness, and loading capacity. Please adjust according to the actual equipment conditions on site.

5. post-treatment

◆Appearance inspection: After the fire-resistant glass is cured, it is necessary to check whether the fire-resistant adhesive layer is completely transparent and free of bubbles, and whether the edge fire-resistant adhesive strip is free of bubbles and deformation.

◆ Glass Surface Cleaning:Wipe off the marker pen marks, residual silicone adhesive, and residual fire-resistant liquid on the glass surface.

◆ Glass Packaging: If necessary for glass packaging, double-sided film can be applied to the glass. Stack the fire-resistant glass in descending order of size on A-frame or wooden boxes and secure them. Attach labels (including product specifications, production date, fire resistance rating, etc.) to the outer packaging, and store it for shipment.


V.Packaging and Storage :

1.Packaging specifications:Component A is packaged in 200L plastic drums or 1000L ton barrels, and Component B is packaged in 200kg plastic drums or 1000L ton barrels.

2.Storage conditions: Please store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is between -10℃ and 35℃ to avoid affecting product performance due to excessively high or low temperatures.

3.Shelf life: Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of Component A is 6 months from the production date, and the shelf life of Component B is 6 months.

4. Transportation: During transportation, protect from rain, moisture, and sunlight. Do not invert and avoid severe collisions.

VI. Safety and Environmental Protection Safety:

1. This product is a water-based liquid, non-toxic, and non-irritating in odor, classified as a general chemical .

2. Protective measures: It is recommended to wear gloves and goggles during operation to avoid contact with the skin and eyes. If it accidentally contacts the skin, immediately flush with plenty of water; if it accidentally contacts the eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention promptly.

5. Usage and Processing Guide
